[imp] SSL connection to Horde mail

They can buy a certificate (and usually get special .edu pricing on it), or
they can get a free one from http://certs.ipsca.com/.  Buying a certificate
from a major player gives you about 100% browser acceptence, where as using
ipsca gives you about 95% acceptence (pretty darn good), where as a self-signed
would give you 0% acceptence.  I would either use a bought one or a ipsca
one, and avoid the self-signed certificate.

Other than that, it is a simple matter of setting up a ssl-enabled web server
(see the web, or ask on a mailing list for their specific web server), and
setting a couple of settings in Horde/IMP properly.

The first step is getting a certificate, and the second step is getting a 
working ssl-enabled web server running.  So I'd start there, and then ask
back on the list once you get that done.
