[imp] IMAP server name based on username

We currently have 80000 users spread across 6 imap servers.  The users
are told to use username.email.umn.edu as their host, the DNS for
.email.umn.edu does a directory lookup and returns the correct host.

In imp, how can I use the username to generate the imap server name?
I'd like to take the username given on the login screen, append
.email.umn.edu to it, and use that for the server name.
