[imp] Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class

Thanks for your response.  It turns out I still had a copy of 
Collection.php inside of the /var/lib/apache/horde/lib/Block directory. 
  I also found an old copy of Layout.php, and UI.php in this directory 
as well.  After removing the files everything works fine.
