[imp] show quota

Here are the files, save them as quota.php and common-header.php.
Check if apache or whatever your web server user, has sudo rights to
'ls' and 'du'. Check your httpd/error_log for clue if this doesnt
work.

You could also use quota command driver as suggested by Jan.
