[imp] Still having menu problems - no hierarchy

I found the reason for the strange behaviour. I configured IMP not to
talk to the cyrus servers directly, but through an IMAP Proxy which
seems to change something.

Now talking directly with the cyrus servers, everything works fine. I
don't know what exactly changed, because anyway I wanted to talk to them
 straight - but have to write an _imp_select_mailstore-hook. ;-)
