I've got a lot of information about IMAP service providers, 
including what webmail client(s) the use, here:

A couple that offer Horde/IMP are:

  <http://www.mailsnare.net/>
  <http://www.tuffmail.com/>

There are lots more. Good luck finding a good mail service 
provider.
