[imp] No options menu in IMP,Turba,etc....

Hi,

I have horde 3.0.9 and imp 4.0.4 setup.

In the horde "administration"
I have "Should we display options links in the menu"
setup to "Authenticated users" or "All users"

but the "options" links wont show up in IMP,Turba,Kronolith.... etc

Also the french translation in IMP is broken...

Need help Thanks
