[imp] No options menu in IMP,Turba,etc....

Just about your last point: it has been fixed, and you can fetch the
good imp/locale/fr_FR/LC_MESSAGES/imp.mo from
<http://cvs.horde.org/co.php/imp/locale/fr_FR/LC_MESSAGES/imp.mo?r=1.36.2.10&p=1>
