[imp] Batch create users in Horde

Hi Graig,

I have been using horde-2 for the last 2 years,

and I'm loocking at all the new features in Horde-3.

I have Gollem + Proftpd + ClamAv running and that will be great for my users.

I want to figure out all those "users, groups, permissions thing"  i see

in the Administration menu and see if i want to use them in my new Horde setup.

Not having that "options link" in IMP,turba,mnemo... i ghest does not

help me to understand Horde-3.

I presumed maby wrongly that I neaded Horde authentication
to use those new Horde-3 features.
