[imp] Folder List

Using Imp 4.1RC3, I have folders listed with subfolders underneath
them.  When I open my account, it doesn't list the subfolders in the
menu or the folder list.  However, they are listed in the dropdown in
the upper right corner. If i add another subfolder the the toplevel
folder, it refreshs all subfolders for that topfolder.  Is this a
bug? How can I get all folders and subfolder to load as I connect?
