[imp] inline html is not working

I have following server configuration

PHP Version: 4.3.11   
Horde: 3.0.5 

Imp: H3 (4.0.3)   
Ingo: H3 (1.0.1)   
Jonah: 0.1-cvs  

Kronolith: H3 (2.0.3)   
Mnemo: H3 (2.0)   
Nag: H3 (2.0.2)   
Turba: H3 (2.0.3) 

  I set $mime_drivers['imp']['html']['inline'] = true; in file imp/config/mime_drivers.php to see text/html part inline. 

  But I am not able to see it inline. It shows html tags like(<html>,<a>,<br> etc) intact. It is not evaluating any html tags in any message.

  Does any one knows what might be the problem?
  Is there any other setting that I need to do...
