Imp 4.0.x and 4.1-rc versions have problems with these multipart/related 
messages. Imp 4.1-rc version and 4.0.x won't show any of mime parts of the 
message if the content-type of the message is multipart/related and the 
default or designated start mime part of the message has content-type that 
it is unable to show inline eg. text/html with default settings.

You can fix the handling of multipart/related messages with text/html 
default part by changing Imp's defaults settings to show text/html parts 
inline in imp/config/mime_drivers.php.

If you change the text/html inline setting to true then this also seems to 
change the default part to show in multipart/alternative messages. If 
text/html inline setting is true then the default part to show is 
text/html and if it is false then default part to show is text/plain part.
