There is no such thing as a "folder prefix" for imap.  It is called a  
"namespace" so you need to figure out how to correctly create that  
array for your system.  As it clearly states in the wiki, this feature  
is unsupported so you are on your own (especially since you are trying  
to "work-around" UW-imap's behavior so that you can use other clients  
instead of doing the correct (RFC compliant) way of fixing this by  
limiting the namespaces broadcast by UW-imap).
