[imp] Problems with imp-h3-4.1

Yes, servers.php has been updated.  I may put up imapproxy to see if the
behavior changes at all.

One other thing - I am using mysql 5.0 and using the mysqli I/O modules.  I
noticed no difference between that and mysql.

I *really* think something is busted with imp-h3-4.1 - many of us are having the
same issue.
