[imp] Resolved - imp H3 4.1 login loop

hiya - the problem seemed to be something in the "/tmp" directory, where I store
sessions, cookies, and whatnot.

I deleted *everything* there, restarted, and magically, imp h3 4.1 appeared
before my eyes...
