[imp] How to use Virtual INBOX / Undefined index: field_end notices

Hi,

how do you tell IMP which folders to poll for new mail when constructing 
the Virtual INBOX (new IMP 4.1 feature)?

Trying to edit the definition of this virtual folder gives me lots of 
php notices like:
Notice: Undefined index: field_end in 
/var/www/html/ssl/horde/imp/templates/search/header.inc on line 44
I don't think this is normal.

This is after upgrading from IMP 4.0.4 to 4.1.
I have run the sql upgrade script, the other script 
(move_history_out_of_datatree.php) is still running.
