[imp] download all attachments as zip

Using HEAD, we're having some problems with the "download all  
attachments" link.

To reproduce the problem, you forward a message, attach something to  
it, and send it.

In I.E. you get a "Cannot copy file: Cannot read from the source file  
or disk" if you try to save all the attachments as a zip file.

Is anyone else getting this error?  Note that it works fine in firefox.
