[imp] problem with "imap conection failed" IMP 4.0 + courier

  I use courier-imap + authlib + authdaemond. My IMP application and 
 mail server are in the same box.
  
My users are receiving "connection failed" and the logs says:
   [error] [client 192.168.66.20] PHP Notice: (null)(): Connection 
 failed to localhost,143: The Connection time has expired  
   (errflg=2) in Unknown on line 0, referer: 
 http://myserver.domain.com/horde/imp/mailbox.php?mailbox=INBOX

  The proccess with more load in CPU is authdaemond, i have 20 000 email accounts on Sun V40z,   2 GB RAM,  2 CPU Opteron
   
  Anyone has had this problem ?

Sounds like (if I interpret the language right, though I don't know the
language) that your imap server has some time limit (timeout).

The other possibility would be a connection limit on your imap server
is being exceeded... Some imap clients will think there is an error
if you make lots of connections in a short period of time and generate
an error while dropping the connections...

In either case, I would guess it is a problem with your IMAP server...

Can anyone actually translate that error message into English?
