[imp] Inline attachments

Hi All,

This concerns  _linked_ attachments only.
Everything else, to my knowledge, on this installation works 'as expected'.

Problem is.... Some linked attachments, -randomly-  'don't get attached'.

Messages compose OK, linked attachment appear to be 'processed' OK
and subsequently  appear to be sent OK. No clues in the logs (all
'turned up'). But there is no link in recipients mail [to the
attachment] - or in the sent mail copy, Indeed there isn't a correct
entry in the VFS.....One (or the only) clue is that the filename in
VFS doesn't change from  the 'compose' filename to the 'real' filename
'on send'.

Obvious php.ini settings are OK  - I think. see http://19x.co.uk/php.ini.txt
Or http://19x.co.uk/php.txt ?? Using Zend_extension = php_accelerator  
- doesn't seem to influence things.

Size doesn't really seem to be an issue.... this seems to happen
randomly  to files of  around 1M and greater...anything over 30M ish
isn't  a non starter, just 'more than randomly' doesn't get attched.

Postgresql backend  will quite happily accept text fields manually > 100M.

Anyone seen similar issues?..
