[imp] Sidebar and UI Changes

Good day again,
I don't like the sidebar.  Detest it in fact.  I've been trying to 
find a way to disable it, but it doesn't seem to be happening.  How 
can I do this?  Also, when a user logs into IMP, they are brought to 
horde first, where they must click on IMP to gain access.  This is a 
screenshot of how I would like it to work:
