[imp] patched horde to 3.1.1 - cannot log in

I kind of guessed that might be the problem, but the question is how 
to do this in the "right" way.  I can't log in so I cannot access the 
Administrative page to update the conf.php file.  I can try to 
decipher the changes to conf.xml in the patch file and try to do 
things manually I guess.

I have the "admin" user added back into horde_users, but I cannot 
login as admin anymore either since imp is doing authentication. 
Tried turning that off by setting the auth driver to sql but still get 
the same behavior when trying to log in as admin.

Also, shouldn't test.php report the conf.php is invalid?  Or a similar 
message on login would be useful.
