I was able to manually add the new rowlocking param to conf.php after
looking at the patch changes to conf.xml. Doesn't seem like an ideal
solution but whatever.

Now I can log in, but get a new problem:

[11-Apr-2006 11:55:36] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function:
open() in /source/web/horde/horde-3.1/kronolith/lib/Kronolith.php on
line 99

The left sidebar no longer appears because of this.

Is my installation all foobar'd? I don't seem to see others having
these kinds of problems.

Kronolith is 2.1.
