[imp] Ugly Errors on Show Unsubscribed Folders

Testing for deployment Horde 3.1.1 with IMP 4.1 and get the following 
errors on clicking the "Show Unsubscribed" on the "Folders" page.

Apache 2.0.55 with php 4.4.2.
