[imp] IMP sidebar

Hi,

I'm using IMP H3 (4.1) and Horde 3.1.1

I need some help on how to modify imp sidebar, for example changing the
order of the tree: I want to put vacation at the bottom and removing or
hiding "Search" from the sidebar.

I also need to enable a user to go to INBOX straightaway as soon as the
user logins. At the moment, I have to click Mail to go to INBOX.
