You definetely made couple of good points. And I would tend to agree.
If IMP was the only mail client I was using. However, with IMP
being the only mail client I know is using namespace info in this way,
it is sure to be confusing to see your folders displayed one way in
IMP, and as something completely different in everything else...
Especially to grandma who doesn't know anything about namespaces (and
simply got used to see her folders as subfolders of INBOX).
Anyhow. Where my private subfolders appear in display was only minor
thing to me. My biggest grief was seeing that strange mix of private
and public folders at the same level. However, if this is something
that was already being addressed, I guess I shouldn't complain (too
much) ;-)
