This was worked-around in Horde/IMP years ago.  If I remember  
correctly, c-client (or at least the PHP imap extension) does not  
correctly handle RFC 2231 encoded parameters (or at least it didn't as  
of several years ago) so we had to work around this in PHP code in  
MIME.php.
