[imp] problem with pear channel-discover

Nevermind, I found the setting in /etc/php.d/pgsql.ini, commented it
out and now the pgsql message is not present when running the pear
command.  However, it still says:

[root at ryerse php.d]# pear channel-discover pear.horde.org
Command 'pear.horde.org' is not valid, try 'pear help'
