[imp] Username Field on Login locked for IE User after changing Language

Horde 3.1.1/IMP 4.1.1

When a user changes the language upon the login screen
before entering any information (no username, no
password) - after page reloading its not possible to
enter a name into the user field - its locked you wont
get any focus. If you however enter a password first,
then you are able to unlock the user field again.

This only happends with Internet Explorer - Opera and
Firefox do not have this issue.

Anyone can provide any insight ?
