[imp] IMP Attachment/MIME question

This is an issue with user #2's browser.  It apparently is reporting  
these files as text/plain when uploading - thus, that is how we fill  
in the Content-Type field.  Search the lists for multiple  
conversations on this same topic (you can probably search the bugs  
database also).
