[imp] Large attachment download problem

Yeah... I just did some trolling through the code (OpenBSD 3.9 php4  
port) and the enable-memory-limit compile option isn't there by  
default so it looks like the memory limit option in the php.ini file  
isn't even being used.  So that blows that idea out of the water....
