[imp] Login slow with one user, but not with others

What do they see on sign-in? If it's the portal page, what blocks do they
have on their portal? If you have something like weather.com or external
sites, they could be taking excessive time to load data. If it's mail, then
perhaps check their filters in Ingo or the Maintenance settings in IMP to
make sure that they're not taking a long time to process.

and i experienced these 2 days ago, i have a user that is getting a slow
login, but all the others users have normal login, i do some tests, and i
login at the same time with X login and his login, and the X login get on
normal, but his login still getting slow.
