[imp] saving folder to my computer mbox

hi, im having a problem to copy my INBOX folder, i go in folders, and try to
download my folder INBOX, a warning appears saying that the folder will be
downloades as a mboxx format, and it may take a little time to do it. But it
charges a little and stop in a white page, dont download and dont do
nothing,

Can any of you guy help me with this, Thnks Carlos.
