[imp] [IMP] Batch rename folders

Hi,

I use and administrate IMP since many months and recently I upgraded to 
4.1.1.

 At startup, IMP was creating my users folders in english (Trash, Drafts, 
Sent). All of my users are like this. Now I have a demand to translate 
these folders in French. I found prefs options in prefs.php (trash_folder, 
drafts_folder, Sent_folder), but if I put french word there, originals 
folders was unused and IMP will create 3 other folders (with french words) 
for all of my users.

I want to use the prefs options but before I want rename existing folders. 
I don't want my users loose data. It is possible ? (script or other bath 
method) I have over 1000 users. I know that I can translate folders 
dispaly name  without rename (folders.php, etc...) but I want a real 
renaming.
