[imp] Maintenance not happening

I'm running current HEAD horde and imp (along with other horde modules),
and have been encountering an unusual problem.  When I log in, Horde
asks to perform maintenance functions--renaming the sent-mail folder,
deleting old sent-mail folders, etc.  When I click the button to perform
maintenance, however, it doesn't happen.  I'm taken to the horde portal
screen, and the system works as normal, but the folders aren't
created/renamed/deleted as they should be.  How could I follow up on this?
