[imp] Blank page instead of INBOX listing

The part that says "Killed (lost mailbox lock)" above could be the cause, 
although the other 2 log entries you included don't have that error. 
Maybe the IMAP server doesn't support multiple connections to the same 
mailbox (UW-IMAP)?
