[imp] Blank page instead of INBOX listing

I remember having seen the same problem at one point....if Im not
mistaken the problem was with UW-IMAP. What compile options did you
use with UW??? Ill check next week and see if I made any notes on
this. The problem may have been with the compile options to php as
well but I just cant remember. I know that for imaps I finally
installed dovecot.
