[imp] SMIME Opaque Sign+Encrypted Messages cannot be displayed

[Harakiri]

The mime structure was simply (out of my head) :

1. before sign  

text/plain

2. after sign

Content-Type: application/pkcs7-mime;

3. after encrypt

Content-Type: application/pkcs7-mime;


Note that (2) envelopes the data too because of opaque
signature so its always one bodypart
