[imp] The page cannot be displayed - problem

I seem to recall having a similar problem.   Our solution was in the  
apache configuration; we had to tweak the KeepAliveTimeout,  
MaxSpareServers, MinSpareServers, and our prefork settings.  Assuming  
you are running apache, you should increase your KeepAliveTimeout, but  
be aware that you need to adjust other settings along with it.  You  
can read up on performance tuning at the apache site.  If you're using
