I tested this with IMP v4.1.4 and Firefox. If I have no recipients
specified, IMP tosses a warning and won't send the message. If I have no
Subject, I get a Javascript popup asking if I want to proceed. Otherwise,
the message is sent.
Personally, I don't know if there is a way to prevent the web browser from
capturing the Enter key and using it to submit the form. I know that is
the default behavior with web forms.
