[imp] Errors when using the Sessions tool

Hi list,

When starting up the Sessions tool under Administration in Horde 3.1.5,
I get nothing except the following errors:

Warning: dir(/var/lib/php5) [function.dir]: failed to open dir:
Permission denied in
/var/www/umrk/horde3/lib/Horde/SessionHandler/none.php on line 54

Fatal error: Call to a member function read() on a non-object in
/var/www/umrk/horde3/lib/Horde/SessionHandler/none.php on line 56

Is this a bug, or is it something I can fix?
