[imp] Login tasks: delete number of sent-mail folders

UW-IMAP keeps all mail folders in the user's home directory, unless the
imap server configuration or the user's client tells UW-IMAP to use
some other location.  At U Wash itself they have the UW-IMAP folders
on a separate filesystem accessible only by IMAP.  Another variation
is to configure the imap server to use $HOME/mail/ or $HOME/Mail/
instead of $HOME/.

I don't know why Brett Charbeneau says "unfortunately".  What's wrong
with having the folders in the home directory?
