[imp] HTML Message composition + Xinha exposes the user to html tags until the editor loads

We're using IMP 4.2RC3.  Our helpdesk reports that the Xinha editor is  
used to reply to a message, the HTML source of the message appears in  
the reply box for a few seconds while the editor loads.  This confuses  
users.

Can loading the editor be made faster?
Can the source remain hidden until the editor is loaded and ready to  
go?  (I believe FCKedit stays hidden until it's loaded)
