Check that you have a turba_objects (or whatever table you have  
configured in config/sources.php) in your horde database.

If you are using shares in turba, make sure that you have either the  
datatree tables (horde_datatree / horde_datatree_attributes) or the  
sql share tables (turba_shares, turba_shares_users etc...)
