[imp] feedback re: creating message attachments

I think the Update button is definitely confusing. I wouldn't mind a
dummy "Upload Attachments" button, and then a "Update Attachment Info"
button that only showed up if there were attachments to edit. They
could do the same thing (and probably should, though I guess a user
might expect them to be independent and ignore changes in the other??).
It'd be nice to get some feedback from less ... vehement? users... the
person you cite is certainly articulate, but sounds to me like they
fall into a class of user we're never going to make happy, and
catering to people like that probably doesn't help us make a better
app for most users.
