[imp] IMP - Cc: and Bcc: disappeared from Compose window after upgrade

Hi,

Try to go to imp/config dir. There is a file prefs.php. You can find
$_prefs['compose_bcc'] and $prefs['compose_cc'] elements so you can
configure it as you want it.
