[imp] Can't send email

Thank you.
This was a good clue, and helped me figure things out.  The log file  
that mattered was actually /var/log/httpd/MyServerName-error_log.  It  
turns out that horde could not find /usr/share/horde/imp/config/ 
header.php because I had not set up that file.  Now it is working.
