[imp] disabling "fetch mail" feature

Thanks! Done that, the Fetch Mail icon disappeared, but one still can go 
to Options / Fetch Mail / "Edit your preferences for accessing other 
mail accounts." and setup an account. However, the "chmod 000" solution 
works quite well, if one can explain the plain white pages :)
