[imp] Bottom Action bar missing after upgrade

As far as i understand the developers this is intended behaviour. The  
action bar is already at top and doubling it cost processing power and  
bandwidth. There is some tweak to recreate it but i given up on it  
even if it looks better with hte bottom action bar.
