[imp] sent-mail issue when using perdition

Be sure to configure perdition to send the correct capabilities of the  
IMAP server(s). By default perdition only announces a common subset as  
far as i know. This may lead to trouble with new IMP trying to get the  
correct namespace/folderlists. No perdition here so only a guess...
