[imp] Blacklisting

I have been testing Horde webmail features.

Blacklist Help says only that "The blacklist is a list of email
addresses known to send email that you do not wish to see in your
INBOX." There are no specific instructions as to what to enter.

By contrast, Whitelist Help says only that "Each address should be
entered on a separate line." Slightly more informing, but still lacking.
Does that mean specific addresses, or do wildcards work?

I wanted to find out if the Blacklist worked with wildcards, so I
entered "*@gmail.com" and set it to put such messages in a folder I
named "Trapped." I sent a test message from my GMail account to the
account I am looking at in Horde.

The message came in to the In box. Initial conclusion is that wildcards
do not work, at least not with the commonly used wildcard syntax..

I then changed the Blacklist entry to my actual GMail address, not the
wildcard. I sent another message from my GMail account.

Same thing happened. The message showed up in the In box. Secondary
conclusion is that the blacklist doesn't work at all.

Am I doing something wrong?

Matt
